    Trips that Cost Money

    **Meet for all activities at NVE/Public health building lobby

    Seward Sealife Center: we will be taking youth & elders to the Sealife Center for a tour of
    the Center. We will be spending a night at the Sealife center. So please bring Sleeping bag, mattress,
    Pillow extra clothes and personal Hygiene items.

    $50.00 travel cost to and from Sealife center ( Meals are include.)
    Bring extra money for shopping.
    Sleeping Bag, Air mattress
    Pillow
    Extra clothes
    Journals
    Camera

    Sign up and pay is due Monday, June 13th

    NVE Youth and elder summer program will cover All meals, Lodging and Travel

    Train Ride to Denali/ State Fair:


    We want to end the summer activities with a train ride to Denali National park with a stopover at the
    State Fair. This will be a four day activity with two sleepovers in Anchorage and one in Denali. We have
    a chart to show the cost of the trip, we want this trip to be a reward to the children that participate in all
    our activities. We know that there are many activities and know that attendance is in the parents
    control. Sign up is due by Monday August 8th . Friday, August 19th- Find out how much is owed to go.
    Pay by Monday August 22nd. Included is the Tentative Agenda for the Denali trip.

    Cost is based on participates attendance to the summer activities:

    5-9 activities this summer $450.00

    10-19 activities attended $300.00

    20-29 activities attended $150.00

    30-39 activities attended $50.00

    40 or more activities attended $0.00


    Tentative schedule for Denali / State Fair Trip

    August 25th

    Leave Cordova @ 8am

    Arrive in Whittier @ 11

    Drive to ANC then on to State Fair

    Drive back to ANC- Stay in Hotel cost are covered

    Possible Mall Time

    All Meals incl. in trip

    August 26th

    Drive to train station

    Train leaves at 8am

    Arrive in Denali at 3:45pm

    There are two different activities:

    White water rafting


    Back county expedition (Both cost $100 and are at YOE)

    Will be overnighting in Denali (Hotel and meals are covered)

    August 27th

    (Hotel and meals are covered)

    Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner provided

    Leave Denali at Noon

    Arrive in ANC at 8pm

    Hotel

    August 28th

    Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided

    Leave for Whittier at 1pm

    Ferry leaves @ 4pm

    Arrives in CDV at 8pm
