MANAGING COMMITTEE MEETING

An ordinary meeting of the Managing Committee of the Education Society (Regd), Pune,
was held at 711, Shankar Sheth Road, Bhawani Peth, Pune, on 14 Sep 2006 at ________hrs .

The following members were present :-

Before start of the discussions on the Agenda points of this meeting, the minutes of the
last meeting held on ______________ were read over to the members present and
on the action taken thereon was also presented by the Secretary. The following Agenda
points were discussed and decided at this meeting.

Application for starting a senior College

Agenda :- To consider and proposal for starting a Senior College by the Society with
affiliation from the University of Pune and approval from the State Govt of Maharastra with
effect from the ensuing academic year i.e 2007-08.

Resolution:- Considered. It is hereby resolved to authorize its duly authorized President Mr

Rishabha Nayyar and Secretary Mrs Parveen Nayyar, to jointly or severally apply for
affiliation/approval of the University of Pun/Govt of Maharastra for starting of a College of
Commerce to be known as Genesis College of Commerce in Pune, to carry out the
objectives of the Society. The said persons are also hereby vested with Authority, in
furtherance of the above objective, to sign /submit application to and hold discussions with
the concerned authorities of the Pune University/Govt of Maharashtra and also to execute
on behalf of the Society thereby binding the Society, any
MOUs/Agreements/Deeds/Certificates/Declarations/Correspondence/Indemnities etc for
the said purpose and affixing the Common Seal of the Society on such documents as may be
required and so to incur expenditure in payment of necessary/prescribed fees/charges out
of the Society funds as may be required.
