RE: Verification of U.S. Accommodations for Joy Vadekkan and Simi Joy

To whom it may concern:

As requested to complete the U.S. visit visa application/approval process for the
Vadekkan family, this letter is to confirm that we, Brian Doran and Shelly Lynn
Johnson, will be providing accommodations as well as transportation to Mr. Joy K.
Vadekkan, his wife, Simi Joy, and their two daughters, Jenifer and Catherine, during
their approximate 2.5-week visit to the U.S. We anticipate their arrival to the U.S. to
be about September 22 – 25, 2008 and return to Kuwait on or about October 8, 2008
depending on flight availability.
