Visa Officer

U.S. Embassy Consular Section, Tel-Aviv, Israel

September 20th, 2022

Dear Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Tel-Aviv,

Our names are Mikhail and Courtney Trofimov. We are currently residents of the state of
Washington where Mikhail works for the North Thurston School District in the Transportation
Department and Courtney is a Registered Nurse working for Jefferson Healthcare in Jefferson
County. We are both citizens of the United States. We would like to kindly ask you for a simple
tourist visa for approximately 2 weeks for Elizaveta Trofimov, who lives in Netanya, Israel.
Elizaveta is Mikhail Trofimov’s sister and Courtney Trofimov’s sister-in-law.

The purpose of this tourist visa is to allow Elizaveta to meet her new niece, our daughter, and
spend time with our family. While being in Washington, she will also do local sight-seeing as well
as visiting Mount Rainier National Park and the Olympic National Park.

Elizaveta has a history of traveling to the U.S. since 2007. For her last trip, she attended our
wedding in St. Johns, Michigan in May 2018. She has always returned to her permanent
residence at the termination of her visits, prior to her visa expiration.

During her visit, Elizaveta will stay with us at 630 Rosewood Dr. SW, Olympia WA, 98502. We
will take full responsibility for Elizaveta’s care, financial support, plane fares, medical expenses,
and any incidentals that might come up. At the termination of this visit, Elizaveta will return to
Israel to continue her work.

We respectfully request your consideration in granting Elizaveta Trofimov a short tourist visa for
approximately 2 weeks in June 2023.

Very truly yours,

Mikhail & Courtney Trofimov
