ADJUSTER PROFILE: Jason Harris, CIP

Jason began his career in Edmonton, Alberta in 1996 with a National Insurer. While working on obtaining his CIP designation, Jason was quickly gaining experience handling a wide array of claims before becoming an Independent Adjuster in 2001. As a Senior Adjuster, Jason continued to gain considerable experience handling larger and more complex losses with strong support from several insurers. In January 2008 Jason moved to Vancouver, BC, in a new role as Regional Branch Director with the same IA firm. One year later, and 6 months after the firm was acquired for a second time, Jason resigned to open a Vancouver branch office for a start-up company. In June 2011, Jason founded All Perils Claims. After being selected by a client to handle a catastrophic environmental loss in 2005, Jason proved that he was more than capable of effectively managing any size of loss. The total exposure for this loss exceeded $2 Billion and included more than 2,000 claimants, $100 Million in Property Damages, and over $20 Million in Business Interruption losses. Settling claims directly with over 95% of the claimants before limitation and without litigation, Jason was able to prevent the certification of two separate class action lawsuits. Jason has considerable experience and is a strong multi-line Adjuster, as well as an effective and proven leader. Focusing on quality and service, Jason understands what it takes to earn the trust and faith of his clients. Jason is currently handling losses of every type, size and level of complexity, and takes pride in being called upon when quality and service matter!
