    Dear Sir, Christian greetings!!! The IMAP Lying-In Clinic will open another branch situated at the University of Bohol at Palma Street, Poblacion II in this city. In connection to this, I humbly ask in this honorable office a permit to put a signage in front of our clinic with a measurement of 2x3 feet more or less. Rest assured that we will comply with all the requirements pertaining to the approval of our request. Thank you very much and more power. God bless
