READ THE SITUATION AND THE STEM QUESTIONS -identify the ISSUE. -underline KEYWORDS. -know the CLIENT. -if the question is asking for a (+) OR (-) answer. - REWORD THE QUESTION IN TAGALOG TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION. 2. READ ALL THE CHOICES: - use the PROCESS OF ELIMINATION. -eliminate WRONG CHOICES AND DISTRACTORS. -RETAIN all possible correct answer= consider choices you dont know as one of the possible correct answer. FOR THE RETAINED CHOICES: 1. choices must be RELATED TO THE ISSUE OR THE QUESTION. 2. if all choices are related to the issue you use the GLOBAL RESPONSE OR UMBRELLA TECHNIQUE- if choice A is under choice C then the possible correct answer is letter C..gets mo??ahahahaha..(example: A.check for distal and proximal pulses and C.
