Technical Manager

Main Responsibility Areas: Be the primary technical interface to Customer during implementation phase for following activities: Core Network Implementation, MVI testing, Validation, System Acceptance, Fault Management, Software Release Management (License Key Management), Network Swaps/retrofits Responsible for completing of testing and acceptance activities Act as the prime technical interface of the project implementation teams, care teams, product lines and 3rd party suppliers. Key Tasks: 1. Planning & Implementation Plan and manage Core Network implementation, MVI testing execution, System Acceptance testing,, SW Upgrades and Fault Management activities RAN integration process set up for project 2. Obtaining Acceptance Certificates Customer verified test reports, Subsystem and System acceptance certificates 3.Transfer to Care (O&M) Prepare Project hand-over report with PM Key Professional Competencies: -Network Engineering Core network systems and process knowledge Radio access systems and process knowledge Technical Management process skills Project Management Business understanding and development

Technical Competences (system): Network Integration Engineering SS7/MAP/BSSAP Service Core Service Applications Radio Access IP Connectivity (IP routers and site switches) Common Competencies: Customer Focus Leadership & Management Relating and Networking
