This declaration of facts is based on Affiants own first hand knowledge and belief; 1) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves I have first hand knowledge of the party you are addressing. However, I had been paying that partys debts and keeping it out of bankruptcy. 2) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that I, Dallas Houston, have not gone uncompensated in exchange for keeping that party, the debtor, DALLAS HOUSTON an insolvent person, out of bankruptcy. 3) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that I do not have a very large claim against that party for what I have done to keep it out of bankruptcy. 4) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON, from which you must have derived DALLAS HOUSTON is not a fictitious entity created by the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN and exists in name only on a piece of paper. 5) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that I was not taught in the publicly funded school system that the proper way to spell the names of people is Dallas Houston and not DALLAS HOUSTON. 6) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that if someone was to take Dallas Houston and convert it to DALLAS HOUSTON without the prior written consent of Dallas Houston it would not be a false statement, a false token, false pretences and acts of fraud, mail fraud, mischief and deceit. 7) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN is not the holder of the facts regarding the creation and existence of DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON and any information I might provide in regards to that name would be based on hearsay, which I do not believe is admissible in any case. 8) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN did not receive the value for DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON. 9) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN does not hold title to everything in the name of DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON.

10) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN is not obligated to settle my claim as a man against DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON for keeping it out of bankruptcy, well as yours. 11) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that the legal responsibility for DALLAS ROBERT HOUSTON lies with myself, Dallas Houston and not with the issuer, the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN. 12) I have not seen, neither been provided with any evidence that proves that I would not be happy to pay this debt on behalf of the PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN, the owner of the said name, had you enclosed a cheque for me to do so, as I am not obligated to use my cheque for their debt. However, in the meantime I have accepted your bill, endorsed it and returned it herewith for closure, adjustment and settlement of the account. 13) The Undersigned Affiant, Dallas Houston, does herewith declare, and affirm that Affiant issues this Affidavit with sincere intent, that Affiant is competent to state the matters set forth herein, that the contents are true, correct, complete, and certain, admissible as evidence, and reasonable and just in accordance with Affiants best first hand knowledge and understanding. If this Affidavit doesnt settle this matter, I would be glad to settle this matter once I have been provided unabridged proof on the aforementioned points. If I could be of any further assistance, I would be happy to answer any questions that I have first hand knowledge of provided the answers are not used against me as regards to any matter dealing with CCRA, CRA or any other party.
