    To reset a smartphone to factory settings on a 32-bit Windows XP, Vista, or 7 computer, open the command prompt as Administrator and navigate to the Apploader folder before running loader.exe with the /resettofactory command. The same process is followed on 64-bit computers, but navigating to the (x86) Apploader folder instead.

    2. On the computer, click Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. (Note: For Windows Vista and Windows 7, right-click and run as Administrator.) 3. Type cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In
