Forecasting- Forecasting is not a significant activity in PSC due to many reasons. Scheduling- It is done to generate materials requirement plans. An update master schedule is distributed daily to management Inventory- Variety of methods for inventory management uses by PSC, and always try to reduce the inventory cost. Suppliers- 40 vendors supply parts and materials to PSC, vendors performance is tracked on product quality, delivery and service Quality- quality is strongly emphasized at PSC, they trained employees on quality concept and quality control technique.
