    Set the parameters for MML terminal (VDU).

    When the power is switched on, the selectable parameters are automatically given their default values. The settings in the VDU should be as in table VDU setting s in Flexi BSC. Baud rate 9600 Data bits 7 Stop bits 2 Parity Even Page length 23 Line length 80 Table 2: VDU settings in Flexi BSC Connect your terminal (PC or VDU) to the front panel connector of the OMU. The c onnector is an RJ-45 type connector. Type some text on the keyboard. The termina l is OK if the typed text is echoed to the screen. If no text is displayed, the VDU is faulty. To enable scrolling of the screen, set Lines per Page as 75.
