Blacklisted, Character Defamed, Illegally Evicted From Home of Nine Years and Life Forever Altered!!!!
I am apologizing in advance for the length of this email. However, I find it necessary for me to convey as much information as possible. My name is Angela Martin and this is what happened to me after I filed and won a discrimination suit against the City and County of San Francisco. On November 3, 2006, I received a settlement in the amount of $160,000 which was the result of a discrimination lawsuit that I brought against the City & County of San Francisco. The actual defendant in the case, Belle Taylor McGhee, was the Executive Director of The Department on the Status of Women which is under the auspice of the City and County of San Francisco. I was her Executive Assistant. Please note that the case was litigated by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Sometime during December 2008, it was inadvertently revealed to me that I am the subject of what appeared to be a criminal investigation by apparently some entity affiliated with law enforcement. However, in late 2009, several reliable sources revealed to me that this investigation is the result of my ex-boss, Belle Taylor-McGhee, conspiring with other individuals to assassinate my character, ruin my reputation and have me blacklisted and made a pariah in any community in which I attempt to live. As far as I can ascertain, it appears that this malicious plan commenced sometime in 2003, which is the year that I filed the lawsuit. Please note that although this is hearsay, Belle Taylor McGhee's personal connections encompasses a broad range of individuals in high-ranking political positions (governor, district attorney, congresswomen, etc.), and I believe that I know, with certainty, the individual that initiated this travesty. This individual unjustifiably used the power and influence of their political position and office to incite law enforcement to violate my civil and human rights by contending that I have commented an array of felonious and heinous acts. These alleged crimes range from identity theft (including my own) to tax evasion to the most vile imaginable, child molestation. Please note that at the time that Kamala Harris headed the San Francisco District Attorneys Office, one of its main focuses was child physical and sexual abuse crimes (please note that I have never met this person a day in my life.)

I am forty-six (46) years of age, and I have been a law abiding citizen all of my adult life, and I have never been arrested, charged or convicted of a crime. Therefore, I can emphatically state that I have never stolen anyones identity and have used only my birth name, Angela Martin (middle name Kim) for all of my professional and personal business. In addition, I have not evaded taxes as the settlement agreement for the abovementioned case clearly states that the $160,000 is not considered wages. Also, in order to be certain that I complied with the law, I sought the advice of an attorney, two (2) Certified Public Accounts, and a financial planner. Again, I reiterate, no taxes were evaded. Now, in reference to the child molestation allegation, I can vehemently state that this is a disturbing attempt to ruin my life. Moreover, I am a mother in the true sense of the word, and I have not nor would I ever harm a child. In addition, I am at a lost as to whom I could have abused as I have not been alone with any children in years as my daughter is 23 years old. Nevertheless, this lie seems to be the motivating factor that persuades individuals to get involved and join the masses in violating my rights. Please note that although it is being surreptitiously implied that I am a master manipulator, thief and pedophile, I have never, not once, been officially approached by anyone resembling a law enforcement official. Therefore, I can categorically state that all of the allegations leveled against me are ludicrous and absolute fallacies and that any local and/or federal authorities involved in this investigation are fully aware of this fact. Nevertheless, law enforcement (with the help of hired private citizens its as if these individuals have been hired directly off of he streets. Believe it or not, quite a few are alcoholics, drug addicts, mentally ill and homeless. I believe that a large majority of the women are from a shelter named Safe Haven, which is also located in Phoenix, or have been previously incarcerated in a prisons in California) continues to practice unlawful entry, unlawful search and seizure, unlawful surveillance, invasion of privacy, harassment and stalking. Now in addition to what I have just listed, it appears that the conspiracy now includes bodily harm. Because of the political stature of the individuals involved, I was being prohibited from obtaining any type of legal help, permanent housing or employment in the state of California. This was being accomplished by me being under daily surveillance (including computer and telephone monitoring) by various individuals and those individuals defaming my character to establishments that I may visit or individuals that I contact. In addition, in order to push their agenda, they have somehow convinced (bribed and/or brainwashed) the immediate members of my family and various friends to participate in this mockery. They were able to achieve this by recording all of my telephone conversations and replaying uncomplimentary comments (actual or manufactured) to these individuals. As a result, the once close relationships that I had with my daughter (only child) and various childhood friends have been butchered and the damage is more than likely irreparable (unbelievable, but true and verifiable.) In addition, according to the person (Gary Roberts aka Jerome Govan) who I rented a room from during the months of September through January, during a conversation he had with my daughter (I cannot explain why he was communicating with my daughter; however, he

telephoned me with her on a conference call) she contends that I lost a substantial amount of money in the stock market crash, and I am now bipolar and paranoid schizophrenic. This, of course, is untrue, and is being said to deflect any culpability that my family and friends have in conspiring to ruin my life and have me harmed. Again, I want it known that they all were paid for their participation in this scheme. This situation has escalated to the point that my safety and freedom are now at risk as it seems that those involved will go to any lengths to keep the investigation and the identities of those involved confidential. I know with certainty that individuals that have a duty to serve and protect are involved in a plot to have me harmed (murdered.) I know that this sounds absolutely insane, and if I was not witnessing the activity transpiring around me, I would not believe this either. It is extremely difficult for me to wrap my brain around the fact that this situation has reached a point where someone is attempting to murder me. In addition, it appears that there is a concerted effort to incriminate me in some sort of felonious activity. On February 23, 2011, I witnessed one individual attempting to capture my image on video. After he realized I witnessed him doing this, he approached me and asked if I wanted to be on camera, of course I declined. Approximately five (5) minutes later, I witnessed a man attempting to take my picture with his camera phone. This type of behavior has happened on several occasions. I am not sure of the purpose; however, it seems that these individuals will not stop until I am either arrested for a crime I did not commit or physically harmed!! Since family or friends will not assist me in obtaining legal help, I am forced to ask strangers for aid in protecting my rights and to help keep me safe. I am begging for some someone to assist me as I need to regain my sense of safety, peace and privacy. In addition, I believe that the majority of the residents in the neighborhoods where I have resided have been told these lies (I believe that some have been paid to participate in this investigation.) I am aware that it is going to be difficult for me to garner attention for my cause. However, I do know that there are still people out there with integrity. Again, I am desperately in need of help as I truly believe that I am about to be harmed. I am staying at the Watkins Emergency Shelter (1120 W Watkins Avenue; Phoenix AZ). I know this may be hard to believe, but quite a few of the individuals that were violating my rights in California, are now working and residing at this shelter. Its as if they knew I was coming. I am usually dropped off (between 8:00am 9:00am) and picked up (between 2:30pm 4:30pm) at the Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) located at 230 S. 12th Avenue. I expressed my concern regarding my safety at this location and requested via a person who stated that she was the day supervisor (Kito), that I be allowed to be picked up at the Justas Center. According to Kito, my request was denied by the Director, LaShawn Thompson. I am aware that there is a mandate for the "residents" to steal my messenger bag that I carry on a daily basis. It contains my birth certificate, drivers license and other legal documents (I am not sure what these individuals have been told that it contains.) and I am contending that the entity or entities responsible for this investigation will pay anyone who can accomplish this feat by any means necessary.

Also, please note that I am not a drug addict or alcoholic, but I am being forced to live in this manner because of what is transpiring.

Addendum

Please once again note, that although I truly believe that my family is working with the very individuals that are doing me harm, I feel that it would behoove me to list the names of my immediate family. I am not providing this information so that they can corroborate what is occurring, but since I truly believe that my safety is at risk I think it is necessary.
