An initially bad (and misleading) visualisation is made better by compensating for visual data distortion to more accurately convey facts. (i.e. LinkedIn, not Facebook, is the largest drawer of Talent).

+ Straight coloured lines. + Disparate Colours. + Visual Clutter Removed - Crossings - Small Text

(the modied version; minus arrows, outer-rings)

(though not as bad as there are few nodes) (an issue depending on context)
