Registration: Must be done in advance due to space limitations. Please complete this application and email to lgbtq.womyn@gmail.com by Monday August 20, 2011. The subject title should be Vending Application The committee will review all application and contact approved vendors through phone and/or email on Friday August 26, 2011. Payment: Only approved vendors have to send registration fee online through PayPal by Monday August 29, 2011. One person from each vending table will have full access to all Saturday workshops. The person must be designated on vending registration document.
*If you need more than 6 feet table space to vend, please email contact us. There may be an additional cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL VENDORS 1. Vendors must make registration payment online through www.fertileground.eventbrite.com by Monday August 29, 2011. 2. LGBTQ Women of Color Conference reserves the right to terminate the sale or display of offensive materials. 3. The sale of food or beverages of any kind is strictly prohibited. 4. Fireworks or any materials considered hazardous will not be allowed. Items that shoot something or make loud noises that may disturb patrons are not allowed. 5. LGBTQ Women of Color Conference reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering the same item. 6. Each vendor will be provided with one vending space (6 x 6 vending space). Please do not bring tables bigger than this size. Vendors are required to bring their own table and must arrive to the site between 8:30am-10:00am. 7. Electrical hookup will not be available. 8. Vendors are responsible for delivery, handling, removal, storage and protection of their own displays, goods and materials. 9. Vendors must dispose of all trash at the end of the event. Vendors will be provided with trash receptacles and bags. 10. Vendors are responsible for their own transportation and parking. 11. Event will be indoors; tents are not allowed. 12. If vendor is interested in attending non-vending conference activities and workshops, he/she must pay separate full price admission ticket for conference.
13. There is no onsite registration the day of the event. 14. One person from each vending table will have full access to all Saturday workshops. The person must be designated on vending registration document. Sign and email this to lgbtq.womyn@gmail.com by Monday August 22, 2011.
