Female tenant advised of neighbor knocking on her door in the middle of the night complaining that she is moving furniture. Female advised it is an ongoing occurrence that she has not reported before. Female advised to contact PSD immediately if this occurs again. Female advised bus driver left the bus to use the restroom with passengers on board. Bus Supervisor notified. Adult protective service requested Officer on scene to perform an interview with victim. Victim was not at location. Male advised a group of youths blew a whistle and he began to chase them. One of the youths were questioned and stated the male began to chase them for no reason. Report of male looking into apartment windows. Upon investigation the male was a friend of a resident who was trying to get the attention of the friend who was not answering the phone. Report of alleged animal cruelty. Reporter stated she will contact hospital police as it happened on hospital grounds. Reporter advised another child hit his child on the head. No visible injuries. Reporter attached a full statement to the report. Male reporter advised bus driver would not let him on the bus with his service dog. Driver advised the reporter did not have service ID for the dog. Reporter advised the bus driver would not wait for her husband to enter the bus. Upon investigation the bus driver stated he was taking the bus out of service at that time. Reporter advised delivery person almost hit her child while riding a motorized bicycle on the sea wall. Business owner was warned and admonished. Reporter advised unknown person throwing garbage onto her patio. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Super requested assistance to location for a report of a foul smelling odor at residence. Upon investigation all in order. Apartment was secured. Report of unknown persons trying to gain entry to an apartment unlawfully. Upon arrival the victim was uncooperative and did not want to give any information. Reporter advised male subject was removing plants from location. Reporter advised male to put plant back. Male did so and left the scene. Search of area yielded negative results for subject. Report of unknown male with latex gloves on trying to gain access to apartments. Search of area found two males fleeing the scene. Officers gave chase, but unable to apprehend. Door observed off the hinges at location. Management notified who believes a motorist must have backed into the door. Reporter advised he observed his doorknob being turned. He observed a maintenance worker walking down the hall. Reporter entered PSD to file a complaint against the worker. Worker stated he did not turn the knob and that reporter began screaming and using profanity towards him. Reporter wanted to make a complaint with regard to slanderous comments made about his son. R/O took report. Victim stated Fed Ex delivery man delivered a package to her neighbor having her sign for it. Upon completion of signature she stated Fed Ex man took the package back and fled the scene. Video surveillance shows Fed Ex man enter building with package and exit without it. Victim will follow up with Fed Ex on her own.

Reporter advised he left his bedroom and upon return noticed his Ipod missing. Reporter states he saw a shadow of a person leaving his residence. Reporter has a roommate who was not home at the time. NYPD to respond for a report. Reporter advised she lost her wallet at location. NYPD on scene for report. Reporter canceled all credit cards. Victim reported while moving items outside of her apartment she left 10 boxes containing various items unattended for two hours. Upon her return the boxes were gone. Boxes were taken to incinerator by building maintenance as they were thought to be garbage in the hallway. Victim advised he lost his wallet containing one metro card. Victim advised she left her bag on the floor and when she went to retrieve it her cell phone and $8 cash was missing. Search of area yielded negative results for property. Victim advised he lost his United Nations Diplomatic Identification Card. NYPD advised to make report at the 114 Pct. Reporter advised while at location she misplaced her laptop. Upon arriving home the laptop was discovered in his residence. Victim reports while throwing her garbage out she left her handbag hanging on the door handle. When she realized it she went to retrieve it and it was missing. Search of area yielded negative results.

Youths immediately placed their items back on the shelf. Youths were warned and admonished.

Reporter advised of unsecured premise at location. Upon investigation door was not working properly and could not be secured. Super advised of condition. Front door and side door to location observed unsecured. Search of interior and exterior was conducted with all in order. Several doors at locations were observed unsecured. Doors require repair in order to secure properly. Building management notified to correct the condition.

Victim reports loud banging noise at location coming from apartment above. R/O did observe noise, but upon search of area could not determine where it was coming from. Victim reports her next door neighbor is congregating in the hallway, making noise with a group and blocking foot traffic. Reporter was advised that the area would be regularly patrolled. Large group of youths (15-20) observed in the picnic area of location speaking loudly. Youths were advised the area was closed and they dispersed without incident. Numerous calls received of dogs barking. Upon arrival two dogs were found at the location unattended. Numerous attempts to contact the owner yielded negative results. Building management notified. Report of dogs barking at location. Tenant was advised to take dogs inside and to keep them under control. Matter referred to building management.

Report of two youths in the pool area of location throwing coal in it. Surveillance tapes will be viewed to see if youths can be identified. ARREST Male subject observed sleeping on the floor of location unlawfully. Subject was issued summons and escorted from location.

Victim advised male subject became irate and began kicking her apartment door. Super on scene to assess the damage. Door needs to be replaced. Subject threatened harm to tenants of apartment and fled the scene. Search for subject yielded negative results. Door was secured temporarily by Super. Female victim advised a group of unknown females began yelling and cursing at her. Management asked the females to leave and they complied. NYPD refused. Victim advised two male youths took his wallet and cell phone. Victim was able to retrieve his property but both subjects physically assaulted him punching him in the back and the face. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Later that day subject was identified but Mother of victim did not want to press charges. Victim advised she was hit by male subject over money that she owed him. Victim could not provide last name of subject. NYPD on scene to take report.

Motorist observed driving without a seat belt. Upon car stop motorist did not have a valid drivers license. Motorist was issued two summonses. One for no seat belt and one for unlicensed motorist. A friend with a valid driver's license arrived to drive the vehicle home. ARREST Two male subjects observed with open container at location. Subjects were issued summonses and released. ARREST Dog observed walking without a leash. Owner was warned and admonished. ARREST Dog observed two dogs being walked without a leash. Owner was issued summons and released. Victim advised two female subjects exited the taxi cab without paying for services. Both subjects were on scene and made payment without incident. Both subjects were warned and admonished. Report of resident using a grill on her patio. Resident was advised this was against building policy. Resident extinguished the grill with no further incidents. Inside of vehicle was vandalized. No signs of forced entry or damage to outside of vehicle. Reporter observed two males run out of location with money from a tip jar. Amount unknown at this time. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Victim reports bicycle stolen at location. Search of area yielded negative results. NYPD refused. ARREST Victim reports delivery person tried charging her more for the move as well as taking her Ipod from her residence while moving furniture. Subject was taken into custody and transported to 114 Pct for arrest processing. Store manager advised unknown male took a six pack of beer without paying and left the store running. Male was seen on surveillance cameras but unable to be identified. Reporter advised while parked at location all four hubcaps to her vehicle were stolen. No damage to vehicle or other items taken. Victim refused NYPD. Reporter advised $100 in cash was missing from cash box. No sign of forced entry. Management notified of condition. NYPD refused at this time. Female reported her walker was taken from the hallway of her residence on 6/29.

ARREST Male subject punched a hole in the lobby window of location. Subject was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for medical attention. Unknown subject drove through location with a dump truck breaking the arm to the entrance. Upon investigation subject was identified who wanted to rectify the situation. NYPD handling the case. 6/21 Update Motorist arrived at location to retrieve property left behind after damaging the entrance gate. Motorist was advised he could not retrieve his property without first providing his insurance information to pay for the damages. Motorist advised he will return with insurance information. Victim advised someone has smashed his rear window of his vehicle. NYPD on scene for report. A large hole in the wall was observed. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Building management notified to correct the condition. Victim advised unknown subject lit a package of firecrackers under her door. Victim stated she would contact NYPD on her own. Victim advised unknown subject threw a water balloon out the window and hit her in the face. Victim refused EMS. Search of area yielded negative results for subject. Victim advised unknown subject threw eggs on his door. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. Tarp covering piano at location was observed removed. Upon investigation the piano was tampered with and damaged. Management notified. Reporter advised unknown person threw a water balloon at him from 4th floor window. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Reporter advised he observed six male youths push over a vending machine and flee the scene. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results.

Male reporter advised a large of group of teens assaulted him and stole his vehicle. NYPD on scene. Witnesses stated this is an ongoing situation between the male victim and island teens. NYPD could not take report as the vehicle is not owned by the victim. Victim was advised to have vehicle owner report to precinct to file a report.

Male victim advised of assault by male subject who he currently has an order of protection against. Male victim sustained a laceration to the head and was treated at NY Hospital Queens. NYPD on scene for report. Male victim requested assistance for a gun shot wound from two unknown males wearing ski masks. Victim's wounds were not life threatening. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Victim transported to hospital. NYPD on scene. Subject arrested at a later date. NYPD ARREST Male victim received injuries from female subject while she was physically assaulting him. NYPD on scene as well as EMS for injuries to victim. Female subject taken to 114 Pct for arrest processing.

Upon investigation her laptop worth $1,300 was missing as well as her wallet. NYPD on scene for report. Reporter advised location was broken into with two gaming systems missing and the rear window broken. NYPD on scene to file a report. Victim advised she heard her front door open and thought it was her roommate. Upon investigation her roommate was not home, but a laptop computer worth $2,000 and $150 cash was missing from apartment. NYPD contacted for response. Victim reports three of his laptop computer were taken from his residence. No signs of forced entry. Victim advised only one lock was utilized to secure the apartment. NYPD on scene for report. Victim reports her laptop computer and camera were taken from her residence in the middle of the night. Victim states she has no top lock only a slam lock. No sign of forced entry or damage to door. NYPD on scene for report. NYPD on scene for a report of a burglary at location. Three victims advised various electronics and cash were taken. Victim #1 was asleep at the time and observed male subject in his room. Victim #2 found second male subject in his room. Both subjects fled the scene. No description of subjects. NYPD filed report.
