METHOD A Statement of Purpose [100-150 words] has been sought for and on the basis of this SoP, applicants will be shortlisted for an interview. According to the interview, a team of appropriate number will be selected to work on the Research Project.

PLAN OF ACTION Each project will be divided across the members of the group allotted for each project and one of them will be appointed as the Group leader. Further, the project will be divided in phases. The method of research employed will include reading of the relevant judgements and the corresponding provisions existing in various other foreign jurisdictions. TENTATIVE DEADLINE OF THE PROJECT First draft of the said research project has to be ready by the 2nd week of January, 2011.
