This is request and Imdemnity Letter was made on behalf of Essar Offshores requirement as well. We PT DSAW and Essar Offshore Subsea Limited will not hold any responsibility against Winstar Shipping Pte Ltd or PT Winstar Logistik for this dummy B/L and Manifest issue, it is our request and we should be responsible for it if any second or third party complain about this issues.
