NOTICE

All N.S.S. Volunteers are to assemble in front of institute main building on 15th August, 2011 by 7:30 A.M. for Independence Day program, preferably in formal dress with one or more poster(s) per unit on patriotic or social welfare theme. Also note the following.
All volunteers are to maintain NSS Diary and get the weeks work signed by the program officer. This is the proof / testimonial from student side which must be produced on call. All NSS students must enroll in intinno course NSS 2011 (password : vivek*1) and check the announcement sections at regular intervals (say, twice a week) by logging in (intinno email service does not work often. Better check it by visiting the course page.) Use institutes / departments general computing facility if you do not have a computer. All units have activity rooms available from the institute on Saturdays (from 8:30 A.M.) Use it for in-campus preparations of NSS field work as per the instruction of your program officer. A large number of students have been found absent in first three weeks of the semester. They are asked to explain their absences immediately to respective program officers. Let this notice be considered as last and final warning before deregistration of irregular students. For any clarification, contact your program officer or NSS program coordinator.
