About the Training Program:

The proposed training program on Applications of MATLAB in Communication Engineering
scheduled to be held during the month of June 2015 (8th June 2015 to 17th July 2015) aims at
developing an excellent knowledge in the undergraduate students in the field of Analog/Digital
Communications using MATLAB.

Eligibility for Participation:

Students of B.Tech. 2nd , 3rd and 4th year of Electronics & Communication Engg. Deptt. can
apply for the proposed program. The training will in two levels. Level 1: for B.Tech. 2nd year
students and Level 2: for B.Tech. 3rd & 4th year students. Only a small number of students
(approximately10) will be selected for the training program. The selected students are required to
bring their Laptops having MATLAB installed on it.

Registration Fee:
The registration fee for the program is Rs.10,000/- which is to be paid through Demand
Draft in the favour of Director, NIT Kurukshetra payable at SBI National Institute of
Technology, Kurukshetra. This fee doesnt include the boarding, lodging and traveling expenses.
The boarding, lodging and traveling expenses will borne by the participants. Participants are
requested to make their own arrangement for boarding & lodging. The stay arrangement for the
participants may be made in the hostel on their prior request and on payment basis.

NOTE*

If the candidate is not selected, his/her DD will be returned. In case a selected candidate

doesnt come for the program, his/her DD will not be returned back.

Last Date of Registration:

The applicants are required to send their signed and scanned registration form through e-mail
(arvind_sharma@nitkkr.ac.in) and Hard copy of registration form and DD to the coordinator
latest by 15th May 2015. After that no application will be entertained.
