Students are hereby informed that an on campus recruitment drive has been
organized for a very renowned software company, Broad Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
on 6th November' 2015 (Friday) for final year B.Tech students of CSE, ECE & EEE
(students proficient in software).

Salary Details: As per company policy, salary (not less than 4 lacs) is discussed with
the candidates only. Based on Industry standard, company offers one of the best

dependents. On completion of training/probation period of 1 year, increments given
based on performance + Tuition Reimbursements for Higher Education after one
year completion.
Eligible Stream: CSE, ECE & EEE (student with knowledge in software)
Eligibility Criteria: - 58% all through in Xth, XIIth & B.Tech. The company is coming
with quite a number of vacancies; they have revised the cut off to accommodate the
border line students.

Training Bond: Selected candidates have to sign a 2 years training bond (Non
commercial) at the time of joining.

Selection Process: Aptitude & Technical Test - pen & paper MCQ based test. There will be one
single test of 1 Hour 50 mins duration with a grace time of 10 mins in total 2

hour duration test.

Shortlisted candidates from the test will attend the next round.
Pre-Placement talk for the shortlisted candidates.
Technical & HR Interview of shortlisted candidates.
Declaration of Final selected candidates.

Mandatory documents to be carried at the time of interview:
1. College ID card.
2. 2 copies of CV (hard copy)
3. 2 copies of passport size Colour Photographs
4. All testimonials (Photocopy)
On the day of campus drive students are advised to report at the venue as per the
scheduled time with formal dress code (for boys: light coloured full sleeve shirt,
dark coloured trousers (not jeans) and formal shoes. Female students can wear
formal trouser and shirt or decent salwar kameez.
