Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that Tech Mahindra, as part of their Academia – Industry Interface, is launching a brand-new
internship program for B. Tech - CS/ CE/ IT/ E&C/ E&TC/ Telecom/ Communication/ Electronics or MCA of batch 2020
& 2021. The program has been carefully curated to offer young individuals an opportunity to put their academic skills
into practice while gaining relevant industry and domain experience.
The internship program will be spread over a period of nine months which also includes a month-long self-learning
with mentoring prior to commencement. The program is designed to be outcome driven leading to full-time working
opportunities based on individual performance. The confirmation of such opportunity will be provided at the end of
the sixth month. You are hereby requested to ask your students to apply at below link immediately. For more details

If COVID-19 has had one positive outcome, it is to offer us an opportunity to pause and consider how to build
greater resilience into our organizations by investing in technology and reskilling people with the right talent. We
know that even in a digital world, it’s people that are our most valuable resource—an approach that has allowed
us to create what we call ‘Moments of Truth’, appreciating that while technology is an enabler, ‘Moments of Truth’
are always human.

Keeping this in mind and as part of our academia – industry interface, we are glad to launch a brand-new
internship program for Technical Graduates. The program has been carefully curated to offer young
individuals an opportunity to put their academic skills into practice while gaining relevant industry and domain
experience.

Academic Eligibility:

 Qualifying courses – BE/B.Tech -

CS/CE/IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics or MCA
 Candidate should have passed out qualifying course in 2020 without any backlog and
2021 pass outs are also eligible
 Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and
BE/B.Tech/MCA
 Not more than 1-year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no
loss of academic year after joining a course.

Selection Process:

 Candidates shortlisted from the registered list will be called for the series of assessments
- Aptitude Test, Communication Test, Technical(Basic Programming
 Test) and Business Interview with each of these acting as filter for next stage on
selection process.
 Online assessment(s) would be conducted before onboarding the student to the
internship program.
 All rounds of assessments will be conducted virtually.
 Assessment details will be communicated to eligible students over a mail.
 Candidate holding certifications like OCP, MCP, AWS, RPA, SAP, Coursera (in credit
mode), edX (in credit mode) etc, would be given the preference.

On selection

 Candidate will be guided through 1 month of self-mode learning with mentoring, prior to
8 months of internship
 Candidate will be provided with full-time working opportunity based on performance and
confirmation will be communicated at the end of 6 months of internship.

Workplace & Timings:

Candidate should be willing to work at any of the TechM Development Center’s or Client
Locations spread across country as per the company specified work timings including shift
working.
