Train and Hire program for B.Tech-all branches 2021 batch students

Train and Hire Program highlights:
 HCL Technologies is hiring freshly passed out graduates and non-graduates PAN India
through HCL First Career program in which we will be providing assured job through training and
hiring program that is aimed at new college graduates who are looking for the right first step for their
global career in IT and Non IT Services.
 This is a fee based training and hiring program for freshly pass out graduates (engineers or
non-engineers).
 Under this program the students will be trained in IT or Non-IT field as per their capabilities.
 On the successful completion of their training, candidate will be converted into a
fulltime HCL Technologies employee.
 Through the HCL First Career Program we are focusing on hiring fresher’s through skill development
by imparting them proper knowledge about IT/Non-IT job roles at HCL Technologies.
Eligibility:
1. Any Engineering graduate or MCA having minimum 65% marks in Graduation (B. Tech/B. E/ MCA) &
Class 12th for Technical profile
2. Any Graduate having minimum 60% in Graduation as well as in 12th Std will be eligible for Non-
technical profile.
3. The candidate should have passed the graduation between 2018 – 2020 or 2021 appearing (without
any arrear) can apply.
Program Details & Highlights:

2. Candidate undergoes 3- 6 months of high-end Technical/Non-Technical training.
3. Non-Technical Training will be for Three months and cost for the training will be 1 Lac + GST, whereas, training
for Technical job will be for 6 months and the cost for the training will be INR 1.5 Lacs + GST.
4. Only 20% of the fee need to be paid by the candidates, rest of the fee amount can be taken as loan from
partnered bank.
5. EMI of loan starts post completion of training i.e. from the next month after completion of the training period.
6. 100% fee will be refunded if the candidate is unsuccessful in the training.
7. Candidate are deployed under HCL Tech as for Software Engineer/Analyst profiles/ ICC/ DCOPS/
RDS/Financial shared services/Human Resource Service Centre(HRSC)/Business Service (DPO).
8. First Year Salary for fresher’s 2.02 Lakh – 2.60 Lakh per annum CTC.
