MF 7100 Series

Aims: The aim of this course is to give the attendees the practical and technical knowledge on the MF 7100 series tractor to enable them to diagnose and repair these models using the correct special tools and methods as outlined within the 7100 Workshop Manual. Who Should Attend: This course is designed specifically for experienced technicians or engineers who have sound background knowledge of previous MF tractor ranges. Course Content: General overview of the MF 7100 models Practical sessions for operating the tractor Overview and strip down of certain areas of the engines used, this will include the Tier 0 and Tier 2 models. Overview and strip down of the ZF transmission. Overview of rear axle and PTO drive. Overview of the ZF front axle. Overview and strip down of hydraulics systems and testing

Course Structure: The course has both practical and theoretical sessions; the practical work will be carried out on the tractors components. During the course all relevant special tools will be identified and used. Course Certificate: The performance of the student will be monitored throughout the duration of the course and a test may be conducted (if requested) at the end of the course. Providing the student reaches the required standard, a certificate of competence will be awarded and issued to the student. Duration (Days): 4.5 Days
