Candidates are to make assumptions where they deem necessary in connection with the project.

ASSIGNMENT ONE
Your assignment, comprising of both tasks, should be approximately 2000 words in total.

TASK ONE

Marks Allocated

As Contracts Manager responsible to the Managing Director, who is keen that the companys profile is maintained in the community, prepare a report on how this project will be managed to attain a high level of marks when the Considerate Constructors Assessor inspects the site.

In the role of the Employers Agent, prepare a report for the Housing Association, which explains any project specific legislation and codes of practice that will need to be taken into account prior to and during the new build construction works and how they will impact on the development.

As a responsible landlord the Housing Association is keen to support sustainability. The Housing Association has recognised that fuel poverty may affect some of its tenants. Prepare a detailed report describing three suitable and sustainable heating solutions for the development. (100)
