Sky scraper of 300m2 land area consists of No.3 Basements and 56 floors with built up area of 127,000 m2
with total of power consumption 27 MVA consists of No.21 transformers with total cost 120 Milion KD .

Responsabilities :-
 Dialy manpower report including the targets dates and distribution of manpower for all individual works
in the project .
 Prepare shop drawings and update all the As_built drawings with latest schematics diagrams and D.B
schedules to be updated on the model and submit to MEW for approval .
 Check all the shop drawings to be executed in the site and give the technical comments as per MEW,KFD
Regulations and contract .
 Submit all the related checklists and persuade the consultant for approval as per contact,MEW and KFD
Regulations .
 Prepare all the project bill of materials (BOM) and extract the required materials after materials quantities
surveying .
 Prepare weekly report including the balance required materials to be ordered to avoid stop the work at
site .
 Responsibility for all subcontractor payments and push the work schedules in the site .
 Solve any clash between Electrical devices and other trades with full coordination at site.
 Raise the site problems to the higher management and submit all the related letters .
