Operation and maintenance project for contract duration 18 months from 1ST JAN2019 UPTO 10TH

 Submit monthly (Reports & PPM) to consultant.
 Supervision for all elecrical items.

D.B schedules to be updated on the model and submit to MEW for approval .
 Check all the shop drawings to be executed in the site and give the technical comments as per
MEW,KFD Regulations and contract .
 Submit all the related checklists and persuade the consultant for approval as per contact,MEW and
KFD Regulations .
 Prepare all the project bill of materials (BOM) and extract the required materials after materials
quantities surveying .
 Prepare weekly report including the balance required materials to be ordered to avoid stop the
work at site .
 Responsibility for all subcontractor payments and push the work schedules in the site .
