by: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy, 1Aware that 100% of serious crimes are committed by individuals who 2have consumed bread and that 100% of the prison population have eaten 3bread; 4Realizing that most cocaine, heroin and hard drug addicts have taken 5bread, making it the most popular gateway drug; 6Deeply concerned that 99.75% of patients in hospitals for serious illness, 7have been eating bread unaware of the hazards; 8Convinced that as long as children continue to eat bread, these problems 9will continue and get worse; And to those ends: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18
1. Requests that bread is no longer sold over the counter, becoming

only available by prescription;


2. Encourages further scientific research to see the links between

bread and many other societal issues;


3. Approves of nations who ban bread completely; 4. Regrets the actions of nations who subsidise the baking industry

and;
5. Urges those nations to change their policies to a strictly anti-bread

stance, implementing taxes on bread and similar products;
