    Sir I the undersigned humbly submit a few lines for your favourable consideration please. I had a sudden attack of Hypertension on (12- Jan -2010). With the result I have been suffering from eyesight problem. Since 12-jan-2010. I am not in position to read or write. And the treatment of eyesight is being taken from the eye doctor specialist. Many times it have been requested to the local as well as Jalandhar, Mohali authorities to withdraw the facility of above mentioned PCO phone No. 5029929 installed in the Shop Main Market Sunder Nagar, Amritsar. But no response instead telephone bills after 15 days are being sent by your office at my residensial address. Kindly Disconnect the above telephone at an earliest possible Please.
