The abovenamed Zaki Bin Zabri (NRIC No: 750911-08-6937/T1105028) desirous
of disposing of the above property by way of Sale and Purchase Agreement to Mohd
Zahari Bin Yusop (NRIC No: 630622-01-6071).

We are instructed to attend to the Discharge of Charge of the above property

presently charged to your Bank and to enable us to attend to the Discharge of
Charge. Kindly let us know the redemption sum (i.e, January, February, March,
April, May 2020) due to your Bank.

At the same time, kindly also let us have your undertaking to execute the discharge
of charge and deliver the same to us together with the original title deeds, duplicate
charge and any other relevant document upon receipt of the redemption sum.

Kindly also let us have your direct letter of undertaking addressed to En. Mohd
Zahari Bin Yusop (NRIC No: 630622-01-6071) of A4-7, Block A, Cheng Height
Condominium, Taman Cheng Mutiara, 75260 Melaka to refund the full
redemption sum to released in the event of Discharge and Charge cannot be
registered for any reason whatsoever.
