The main markets for the Harvestors are : 1. Tractor Mounted Harvestors are sold in huge volumes in Southern states of India. 2. Self propelled harvestors are sold in Punjab, Haryana, MP,CG and some of the southern states 3. Track / Chain Harvestors are sold in southern markets as the soil is not hard in this part of India

There are about 100 organised and unorganised manufactures in this segment. All manufacturers are not producing the entire range of harvestors . All the manufacturers of Harvestors are based out of Nabha and Barnala, which is located in Punjab. All harvestors are not tested and certified by Budni / Hissar .

Preet And there are lot of other small manufacturers in this segment with out Any certifications and approvals. These Harvestors will not get registered in all the states. the states which Are registering the Self propelled harvestors are:

Harvestor Track / Chain

There are few manufactures present in this segment .They are 1. Preet 2. Kartar 3. Class 4. Kubota ( Recently entered the Indian market) These Harvestors will not be registered by the RTA, and these harvestors Has to be moved only on 4 wheelers ( Trucks)
