She served as a valued member of our Secondary School Management Team where she offered valuable advice regarding the development of the school. Perhaps Tiffanys longest lasting impact on our school will be her success as our IB Diploma Program Coordinator. Tiffany inherited a loose and disorganized program and imposed a structure and discipline that has helped significantly improve our DP results. In her role, Tiffany took the lead in designing important policies such as our academic honesty policy and our assignment deadline policy. Tiffany also brought in our monthly Learner Profile awards to further promote the values exemplified by the LP. Tiffany has been actively involved in curriculum development at AISB and this seems to be one of her real passions. Once again, Tiffany took on a leadership role and chaired committees that developed our Secondary School writing scope and sequence and a similar scope and sequence for research. Tiffany has introduced our Diploma Program induction, she has organized workshops for Romanian schools and she has helped to train our teachers. She has made a great impact on our school.
