    of Pune city and it has evolved on its own, having an International airport just as a neighbour to it (only half kilometer). This area is 6 kilometers from the Pune Main Railway Station. VIMAN Nagar was the first in PMC limit, which was systematically planned and executed. It has an extraordinarily true cosmopolitan culture.

    The Apollo Clinic - Viman Nagar, Elite housing societies, elite Educational Institutions, Super Sports Clubs, Super Malls, Top Hospitals/Clinics, Five Star/Three Star Hotels, and Glamourous Restaurants are already existing now and more are likely to add up in coming period.

Viman Nagar has abundance of green cover, which is still not known to many. A total 106,000 big and small trees are looked after by the Panchsheel Foundation, a sister branch of S5 Corporate Bollywood PVT LTD based at Viman Nagar. Because of this, Viman Nagar is frequented by many Bollywood personalities and now known as BOLLYWOOD hub.

    Giga space and Weikfield IT Citi are two large IT parks located in Viman Nagar. The rising rate of rent for residential flats here is among highest in India as quoted by The Times of India. Viman Nagar has become one of the hottest places for realty development. One of the biggest malls in Pune Phoenix city and Inorbit Mall are coming up in Viman Nagar. Some of the best hospitals in Pune such as Ruby Clinic and Jahangir are located near Viman Nagar.
