History of present illness 1 week PTA, patient has non-productive cough, with no associated fever. No other symptoms were noted. No consult was done. 4 day PTA, patient complained of headache localized at the parietal area, non- radiating wit 7/10 in severity. There was also complain of abdominal pain at the epigastric area. There was no associate fever, diarrhea, body malaise. No medications were given, no consult done. A few hours PTA, there was persistence of of headache and abdominal pain with noted facial edema. The patient was then admitted as a case of AGN. Pathophysiology
