Planning and designing Proposed Resort at Hissar for DLI as an Integral part of its Agro and animal husbandry infrastructure. Resort to be in 12 acres and only traditional material and technology to be used apart from incorporating certain pragmatic aspects f proper f ti i ti t for functioning of f the structure. The living units to have all modern amenities . Project to have minimum carbon foot print and to be run by captive power generation using Biogas ,Solar and gensets fueled by biodiesel. ROLE :- Conceptualization , Schematic , Preparation of working details with drawing and technology implementation brief

COMMUNITY SERVICE SPACE AT SECTOR 94 GREATER NOIDA FOR GNOIDA:


Area allocation and layout plan for Bird park integrated with community burial ground with provision of CNG dead body burning furnaces , Mortuary and infrastructure for other customary activities .

Units type studio,2br , 3br , 4br in two category Deluxe and super deluxe area ranging from 750sqft to 2500sqft. Other Infrastructures as per bye law community shopping , schools , Hospital , Community centre , Club house etc . Architect : Sikka & Associates . Contractor :- G.D. Builders Group housing at Bhadurgarh p g g Group Housing Project in 8.3 acres consisting of Stilt + 13 storey of 2BR & 3 BR units . Architect : Munish Varma & Associates IT Park At Noida sector 62 On 20000sqmt with total BUA of 5lakh sqft . Proposed to be Green building having potential to generate CTU for monetization. Mall At Wazirpur : My role in this project was at close out stage MY Role : 1) Project formulation & Viability analysis along with marketing department as well as cost analysis ,2) providing technical support to Liaison department in Licensing, Demarcation , Zoning , EIA , Airport authority ,ground water , HUDA, HUDA Forest , Fire department etc .3) Preparing project brief and RFP for Consultants 3) 4) Overall Planning designing and construction of sample flat complete with interiors 4) Short listing and appointing consultants 5) Design coordination and quality management of consultant deliverables i.e. drawings and construction documents both in terms of accuracy and schedule 6) Coordinating project team on behalf of

HO and accountable for release of GFC to site 7) Coordinating and managing all stake holders in any required change stipulated by leadership 8) Created standard project management tools and check lists 8) Part of vendor short listing , tender

floating , Bid review ,Rate negotiation and contract finalization team 9) On site project Kick start and then periodical review to validate delivery benchmarks
