Historically we have simply said food, crafts, toys, and personal care items. However, recently the postal workers have required more detail. I recommend picking an item from each category and putting that on the line to represent that type of item and fill in the quantity of the entire category, instead of just the item listed. Weigh the entire box (there should be a scale in the Post Office lobby) and put that in the Total Gross Wt: box. Then working backwards, estimate the weight of each category with the total adding up to the Total Gross Wt. Estimate the value of each category, but the total needs to add up less than $50. Fill out the address label as shown. I recommend taping the box extra well. I also recommend taping over each corner to prevent water from leaking in if the package is dropped in water. The shipping cost is between $55 and $60.
