Bonis Fall Magnolia Studio 2011 Newsletter

We have had a wonderful beginning to our 2011-12 dance year. Our dancers are busy preparing for their holiday dances that will be performed for you in December. Younger classes will also perform a Thanksgiving dance in November~please ask your dancers teacher if he/she will be performing a Thanksgiving dance. PLEASE NOTE: CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY DANCES WILL BE PERFORMED FOR PARENTS THE LAST 15 MINUTES OF CLASS DURING DESIGNATED WEEK. (see performance schedule at bottom of newsletter). If you have any questions concerning your dancer's class, studio policies, etc., please feel free to call the studio at (281) 292-6121 or e-mail bonis@bonisdance.com We are beginning preparation for our Spring 2012 recital production (recital performance date is Sunday, May 20th at the McCullough Jr. High Auditorium). Dancers will be measured for their costumes during the month of November. Costume payments will be due by November 10th with your November tuition. If you will not be participating in our 2012 recital production, please e-mail the studio. Your costume fee and tuition account must be current before your costume is ordered. Our costume order must be mailed by December 15th to insure delivery by our picture weeks. A late order will be sent in January, however this order will not be delivered in time for our picture week. If you have any questions concerning our spring production, please contact Miss Terry (bonis@bonisdance.com) or Miss Boni at the studio anytime during the year. Costume fees: Tots & Tutus and Pre-Ballet: $65.00; Split Classes $75.00 and Level I Ballet, Tap, Jazz & Hip-Hop classes; $80.00 Level II and up Ballet, Tap, Jazz classes. A picture of your dancers costume will be posted in January.
"VISIONS OF SUGARPLUMS DANCE......." AS THE WOODLANDS DANCE COMPANY (PRESENTED BY BONI'S) PERFORMS its 25th ANNUAL "NUTCRACKER" IN FOUR SHOWS AT THE NANCY BOCK MCCULLOUGH AUDITORIUM. The Woodlands Dance Company will be performing their performances December 3rd at 2:00 & 6:30 p.m. & December 4TH at 2:00 & 6:30 p.m. Nutcracker tickets are on sale at The Woodlands studio. Seating is reserved and tickets are $16.00 each. Our 2011 Nutcracker performances will benefit the Montgomery County Red Cross Fire Relief fund and the Magnolia Volunteer Fire Department. Thanksgiving dance performances (younger dancers) will take place November 14th-17th. Bonis will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays November 21st 27th. Classes will resume on Monday, November 28th. Christmas dance performances will take place December 12th 15th (the last 15 minutes of class). th December 19 January 1st ~ Winter Break (studio closed) Have a safe and happy holiday with your family and friends.
