    Justin and I started off as the first producers to arrive at Eye Candy. Justin quickly rose to Senior Producer as the show platform changed and recently took on his newest promotion as Executive Producer.     I reported daily to Adam for segment assignments and turned in my day-off produced pieces to him. Adam was in charge of putting together the show and timing out the final product for broadcast. Adam and I worked as writers on both news and human- interest stories.
