Polystone PPs-FR grey

(Flame retardant)
In environment where inflammable material and equipment are hazardous, Polystone PPs-FR, Rchlings flame retardant Polypropylene (PP) sheets will be the solution to cater to todays high demands of the electronics and semi conductor industries with high technical specifications. The main difference between PP and PPs-FR is the self-extinguishing property of PPs-FR while PP burns like a candle. Combustibility is often a technical problem with plastics and an obstacle to their use. Most Polypropylene are normally combustible, our Polystone PPs-FR, with inflammability class of B1 under the stringent DIN 4102, as well as UL 94-V0. These extremely high demands on combustibility and clean material are often required for the fabrication of wet-benches, ventilation ducting and scrubber systems to meet their stringent demands and test of the semi-conductor industry.

Polystone PPs-FR grey is supplied in thickness and sizes as follow: Thickness: Format size: 3 - 30 mm 1000 x 2000 mm 1500 x 3000 mm

Rchling PPs-FR welding rods are developed to meet the stringent requirements according to the German Association DVS 2211 guidelines. PPs-FR welding rods are available in standard as follow: Round: Triangular: R3 & R4mm T90-5.7 & T70-7

Standard packing of PPs-FR welding rods is delivered in rolls of approximately 5kg, and comes in dust-proof packing in PE bags.
