Graduate Organization Event Proposal and Checklist (2011-2012)

Fill out the following form and submit to dsogsa@drexel.edu 2weeks prior to event and follow up form (separate form) within 2 weeks after the conclusion of your event. Please attach relevant documents such as invoices from Event Services, Chestnut Street Caterers, DUST, Off campus restaurants etc. For events over $500, at least 3 pictures of the event need to be submitted.
