Participants must be between 4-18 years of age. Wear comfortable clothing that
you can dance in and jazz shoes or tennis shoes.
Registration: Registration fees include a T-shirt and snack!
Fees: $20 in advance Registration forms must be postmarked by October 8, 2011
in order to receive the discounted rate. After October 8: $25.
Pre-register by Mail or in Person on October 22 at 8AM. Cash or Money Orders
Only! Registration will not be accepted via phone or e-mail.

Participants will learn choreography from the Elite Dance Team Officers and
perform a Showoff for Family and Friends at 11:30am.
