Waverley and District Tennis Association Player Applications close Saturday 30th July
Season Commences Fees Format WDTA (SATURDAY PM) Saturday 8th October, 2011 $35 per player to be paid with application Home & Away competition On rotation an outside venue for home matches may be used Matches commence at 1 pm

The Competition fee is to be paid with this form by the closing date. Players that do not pay with their application may not be placed in a team. Team selection will be based on the competition formats decided by WDTA, a combination of individual past performances, tennis ability, requests and the desired team combinations of ALL players. Accordingly not all requests can or will be satisfied.
