Saturn’s and Jupiter’s X-ray reflecting capabilities raises a major

issue – are these planets local bases and observatories for Type IV
extraterrestrial UFOs?

X-rays are a kind of light associated with some of the hottest things in the Universe, such as
neutron stars, supernova remnants and black holes. Type IV extraterrestrial civilizations have the
technology to prosper in these environment using massive energies for their technological
advancement. But one thing that is obvious, they use shields to obstruct X-rays and Gamma rays.

Chandra observations of Saturn show that Saturn's atmosphere acts like a massive fuzzy mirror.
Saturn reflects X-rays emitted by the Sun back to the Earth, just as it reflects sunlight back to us
that we see in the night sky. The same happens in Jupiter. Jupiter has a strong magnetic field.
charged particles, possibly from the Sun or from material sputtered off the moon Io, can get
captured by the magnetic field of Jupiter and driven towards the million-volt environment above the
planet's poles. The source of the charged particles is ambiguous because the X-rays are seen in a
region on Jupiter that can''t obviously be linked to the Sun.
Why is Jupiter and Saturn showing this phenomenon that is typical of a neutron star or a black
hole?

Some scientists believe it is created artificially to protect the advanced extraterrestrial bases within
the planets.
