(b) State some significant/unique flora and fauna. Give some of their defining
characteristics. (2pts)
(c) What impact did the human population make on its surroundings? Explain how it
affected ecological interactions of other species. (3pts)
(d) Explain the phenomena of “niche acquisition” and “survival of the fittest.” (4pts)
