Statement of Facts

1.That Mr.Srikant was the owner of a residential house in the city of Devnagar,State of Dakshin Pradesh .The house was constructed by his father in the year 1955. 2. That the house consisted of two floors. The ground floor had 3 rooms , a kitchen and two bathrooms .The first floor consisted of 3 rooms , a kitchen and a bathroom .there was a small piece of land appurtenant to the building. 3. That after the hose devolved to Mr.Srikant in 1970 he decided to rent the ground floor of the house as he wanted a recurring income. 4.That at the time when Mr.Srikant rented the house his family consisted of Mr.Srikant hiself his wife ,his two sons and a daughter . 5. The ground floor was rented to Mr. Kesari at the rent of Rs.50. 6. That the tenant family consisted of his wife two daughters and his son.
