October 2011 Dear Parents,

May the peace of our Lord Jesus Christ together with Mama Mary be with you! Today, we had our KFL monthly activity about the Holy Rosary. Your child learned more about the Holy Rosary and how it was given to us and the benefits of praying the rosary- the family that prays together stays together. In this regard, we would like to request you, our dear parents, to encourage them to live out what they have learned from their monthly activity. Here are some suggestions to help you and your kids deepen your understanding and appreciation of the Holy Rosary: Pray the Rosary with them Help your kids make the rosary praying a habit by praying with them. Through that habit, they also become aware of the Catholic prayers and the life of our Lord Jesus. that we will obtain whatever we ask in reciting the Rosary. Encourage your child to say a petition for each mystery (or each bead) for the family, friends, those in need or personal intentions. In that way, it will help your child become more aware of the needs of others and help them through prayers.
There are some of the many ways of how we could support our children in living a righteous life. We hope and pray that our little ways of bringing our children to God through these activities will help them become a good Christian.
