5. Proposed Subject Area of Research: The subject area of my research project is to study that, either merger and acquisition is right option for seeking success and growth of companies or not. My research project will exhibit relationship of keys factors in mergers and acquisitions with that of profit-oriented enterprises. It will comprise my very own understandings and recommendations in comparison to previous studies in the said area, merger and acquisition can make more competitive to organisations in their industries, where every organisation wants to become market leader, through obtaining the faster growth by merger and acquisition. Merger and acquisition gives a big challenge to organisation to accomplish synergy, or fulfilled the shareholder expectations. It is defined in one of the important quotations of Bill Gates i.e. the inventory, the value of my company, walks out the door every evening.
