    SALAKOT is the traditional wide-brimmed hats in the Philippines. It is usually made of either rattan or reeds.

    SALAKOT FESTIVAL is the feast of the hat called Salakot. CARAGAN FESTIVAL is the rich cultural heritage of the Mabalaquenos. CARAGAN is the late chieftain of the Aeta Community in Mabalacat. SINUKWAN FESTIVAL is a cultural revivals capped by grand street dance parade in the street of San Fernando. IBUN EBUN FESTIVAL is originated in Candaba, The natural bird sanctuary in the Philippines is one of the best tourist attraction. SABAT STA. CRUZAN re-enacts the return journey of St. Helen, mother of Constantine the Great. STA. CRUZAN is celebrated every 3rd of May with lory procession featuring various incarnations of Elena. LIBAD APUNG IRU celebrates ots 3 days fiesta in the grandest wet and wildest manner. The feast town patron is St. Peter, fondly known here as Apung Iru.
