To: Consumers and Stakeholders who Support Individuals with Disabilities From: Tracy Myszak, DDRS Deputy Director Re: Indiana Professional Case Management Group (IPMG) Changes Date: October 3, 2011 The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) would like to announce changes to DDRS waiver case management contractor, Indiana Professional Case Management Group (IPMG). A restructuring of the East and South Central IPMG Districts, the creation of the Indy Metro District, as well as the promotion of several individuals, will go into effect Monday, October 3, 2011. District Directors will be in contact with service providers, if they have not already, to go over details of the changes, which include: Kathy Tompkins expanded role as the Director, Contract Affairs East District o The East District has been reformatted and consists of Blackford, Dearborn, Decatur, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Grant, Henry, Jay, Jennings, Madison, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Wayne and Union counties o Sabra Burnett has been promoted to East District Director South Central District o The South Central District has been reformatted and consists of Bartholomew, Brown, Clay, Daviess, Greene, Jackson, Knox, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Owen, Parke, Putnam Sullivan and Vigo counties o Melissa Nightingale has been promoted to South Central District Director Indy Metro District o The Indy Metro District consists of Indianapolis (Marion Co.) and the surrounding counties of Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Johnson, Morgan and Shelby o Chris St. Paul is the Indy Metro District Director
