Subject: - Disbursement of Gratuity among the legal heirs of

Rahim Bakhsh Chishti (late) ex-labour officer of the
Mills, as per Succession Certificate.

Respected Sir,

We are enclosing a cheque No. dated 10.6.03

for Rs. 40,000/- amount of Gratuity of Rahim Bakhsh Chishti
(deceased). You are requested to disburse the amount among the
legal heirs of the deceased according to the Succession Certificate.
It is pertinent to mention here that the amount of Rs. 100,000/-
relating to Group Insurance is already deposited in this Hon’ble
Court, which was disbursed among the legal heirs of the deceased
by this August Court.

Respectfully Sheweth: -

1. That it is submitted that the respondent deposited the amount

of Rs. 100,000/- in respect of Rahim Bakhsh Chishti (late)
employee of this establishment. The said amount has been
disbursed by the Commissioner Workmen Compensation, to
the legal heirs of the deceased as per Succession Certificate
issued by this Hon’ble Court.

2. That amount of Gratuity of Rs. 40,000/- in respect of the

aforesaid employee has also been deposited before the
authority appointed under Payment of Wages Act &
Commissioner Workmen Compensation, on 16.5.2003 and
the notices for disbursement were issued to the legal heirs of
the deceased to receive the same.

In view of above, it is prayed that the application

filed by the petitioners have become infructuous
and same may be dismissed for the sake of
justice.
